Faulty or Damaged Items: If a product arrives faulty or damaged we will refund or exchange the item once proof of damage is provided.

Please note you have 7 days from day of delivery to reprt any issues to us.

All parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail and should reach you within 2-5 days from your label being created. 

Please be aware that we are a bespoke design company and some orders may take a little while longer for us to fulfil.

Due to small part's, we dont recomend children under the age of 2 to play with this item as they could be a choking hazard
